During the redesign, we helped Tresse Noire identify its problems and created a thoughtful, efficient, and user-centered booking flow. Based on research and usability testing, we developed a new website and IOS app which were delightful and easy to use.

Throughout this development process, user needs discovery and product market fit is crucial. I gathered feedback and collaborated with the creative and engineering teams to develop a business and user-centric design to deploy the product.

I worked with the founder on R&D of an innovative farm-to-table freeze-dried healthy snack, develop a business market placement plan and branding for the product. We facilitated a snack user-testing to learn about bite-size, content, packaging, and taste.
